Samantha Rabius '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Samantha Rabius my collegiate goals are to be a well-rounded student-athlete by holding myself accountable in class and the gym/field. What makes me a good candidate for your team is that I am a hard worker. I do not take practice easy, and I go above and beyond when asked to complete a task. I also push myself and others around me to be the best they can be at all times. I am different from other recruits because I strive to be the best on and off the court and in the classroom. My mindset is always to have a positive and encouraging attitude and build others up in difficult situations. I excel under high-pressure scenarios.

I can contribute to being a team leader as I am and have been the captain for my high school and club volleyball teams. My teammates have chosen me to be captain for my strong will to learn and push others to better themselves. I also am able to excel in any position as I am a 6 rotation player contributing as setter, defender, and hitter.
