Hannah Weinmann '20 Recruiting Profile

     I started playing volleyball in the third grade.  It soon became my passion. I have been fortunate to have great coaches along the way.  Having amazing coaches has not only influenced me as a student-athlete, but as a person.  They have taught me how to push myself mentally and physically on and off the court.  Two of my accomplishments as a freshman was making the varsity volleyball team and receiving District Newcomer of the Year playing middle blocker. This was the first time playing that position.  I have played all positions except for Libero.  Being a versatile player allows me to be a play maker on the court.  For my upcoming senior year, I will be playing outside hitter and setting.  the next 

     Academically I am ranked seventh in my class.  I have maintained a 5.146GPA, while participating in Varsity Volleyball, , Varsity Tennis, Varsity Cheer, and Club Volleyball.  I am also an active member of TAFE, FCA, and my local church.

     Currently I would like to remain in the state of Texas and go to smaller school with a great academic program.  It is one of my biggest dreams to play at the collegiate level and maybe in some way truly make an impact on a team.
