Ella Simone '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ella Simone and I am a setter/opposite for my varsity high school team and for my club team. I am ranked 3rd in my medical magnet high school and am seeking  a degree in  biology so I pursue my profession as a physicians assistant (PA). I am going on my 11th year of volleyball and have played 6 years of club. I have years of experience in the game and am a strategic. player. I fell in love with the sport because of the mental side of it. This is also why I love being a setter, as I have the ability to lead my team's predetermined plans but also make decisions given the current situation. This past year I was selected as All-District best All-Around player, as well as receiving academic recognition . Coming into the current season , I was recognized as one of the top 25 players in all districts of El Paso. I always work hard, compete, and strive to become a better player. I will continue lead my team by example and look forward to my future volleyball career.
