MacKenzie Mahr '22 Recruiting Profile

     My name is MacKenzie Mahr and I am 14 years old. I am a 5’8 outside/opposite hitter and also play middle and left back. As a freshman I made the O’Connor High School Varsity team.  Unfortunately, right before the season started I broke my left arm at a college volleyball camp. I am now 100% recovered and better than before!. My high school team won our region, conference, and eventually placed third in the Texas 6A State Tournament. 

    I currently play on Alamo 15 Premier and play as an outside/opposite hitter and also play in the middle back position. We recently placed 2nd at the Tour Of Texas and went 7-1 at Colorado Crossroads.

    The first time I stepped onto the court I knew volleyball was what I wanted to do. To me volleyball is the ultimate team sport. Every time I step onto the volleyball court I try my best to make my team better. You can always depend on me to give 110% effort, cheer on my team, and hold people accountable.
