Personal Statement
I'm Bella Diaz, a 5'4 Libero/DS with 7 years of experience and currently playing for Texas Tornados 17 Adidas out of Houston, TX. I attend Cinco Ranch HS and will be graduating in the spring of 2023. Not only have I experienced the sport from a player's perspective, but also a coaching perspective as I've been coaching age groups from 6-14-year-olds for 2 years now. Coaching has thought me the importance of coachability, technique, and the significance of mental toughness, which are the values I've translated into my own playing. My main focus is to play at the college level in a program that will help me grow as an athlete and a person.
