Kalani Whillock '21 Recruiting Profile

I hope to one day commit to a college that supports me academically and athletically. A college that will prepare me for life after college. While at the university, I would like to see the program continue to grow and continue to get better every season.  As well make it to the post season playoff tournament each year. 

I am a hard worker and I want to reach my goals that have been set. I am coachable... when a coach tells me to do something, I will do that task with all effort put forth. I have encountered adversity many times in spots, through injuries and just mental blocks, because of these experiences I now know how to overcome the experiences and how to build character from them as well. I believe that academics are equally as important as sports. Yes I love sports more but at the end of the day, you can’t play sports your whole life. Academics can help support my life after sports, giving me job opportunities and the knowledge that goes with that job.
