Playing college volleyball has been a dream of mine since third grade when my mother started teaching me the game. As a multi-sport athlete, I started basketball at the age of five and currently play both at 6A Flower Mound High School. Sports have always been an important part of my life. My mother instilled in all of her teams the importance of giving back, so her players always help with the younger teams. I have assisted in coaching both sports with my younger sister's team. My teammates often refer to me as "Mom" or "Happy." I truly love the comraderie and competition that volleyball requires. I have played club volleyball since the sixth grade.
Academically, I am a part of the gifted program and qualified in math and science. I currently take all honors courses and aspire to be a pharmacist. In the summer, I attend Sky Ranch, a Christian outdoor camp, and hope to one day serve as a counselor to other children in the program. I constantly seek out new challenges to push myself: art, theatre, band, track, skiing, Paddle board, zip line and many others. I love doing these new things with friends. I am excited to discuss my future with you. I know I will make a great addition to your team.
