Kaila Garnett '22 Recruiting Profile

Going to the State Finals as the only freshman on varsity has been the highlight of my high school career so far. However, I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete last season when we didn’t do as well as we thought we would in the Allen Tournament. That encounter has helped me flourish as a person and has made me concentrate on being someone who is capable of playing at a higher level. 

I am fortunate enough to be apart of this incredible program, going to state back-to-back these past two years. I’ve learned the merit of dedication, accountability, commitment, and leadership, without a trophy. I’m looking for a program that fits me well physically, as well as, academically. I believe that I have the talent to compete for a college team, also, the attributes, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an instantaneous affect on your program. I know I have what it takes to be apart of your team!
