Emma Rhoton Skill...Personal Statement
My passion for volleyball began when I started playing at the age of 9 for our local recreation league. The passion that I have for the sport grew when I started playing on a travel ball team that my mom started coaching for me. I fell in love with the game when I saw the success that my team had early on in our volleyball careers. The love of the game runs deep because my mom played in high school and went on to play at the college level and it has become my dream to play volleyball at the collegiate level as well. I want to go to a school that is competitive and that will push me athletically and academically.
I am a christian athlete who is able to be coached, hardworking, and an ideal teammate. Nothing makes me happier than being on the court playing the game that I love and I know that I will be a great asset to your team!

- During the 2020 club volleyball season Emma's team was the Winterfest Gold Champions in Gatlinburg, Tn. They also won the 13U Eastman Invitational Classical in Kingsport, TN. At the K2 Madness in the Mountains tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center they won the 13U silver championship and they won the 2020 Queen of the Mountain 13U gold division held at Rocky Top in Gatlingburg, TN.
- 2019 Tri-Cities Extreme (12U)
- During this season Emma's 12U team won the Eastman Invitational in Kingsport, TN in their age group. They finished 3rd in gold bracket at Madness in the Mountain at Sevierville Convention Center. They came in 2nd place in the gold bracket at the Jewel of the Mountain tournament in Kingsport, TN.
