Hello Coach,
My aspirations and collegiate goals are to become a student athlete at a college/university with a strong volleyball program as well as a strong Pre-med curriculum. I would like to improve my volleyball skills and I believe playing volleyball in college would be a great way to accomplish my goals. I am interested in Pre-Med because I like the feeling of helping people just like helping my volleyball team win a game. If I can be recruited into a college with both a strong volleyball and Pre-Med program, that would be the perfect college fit. I am a good candidate for a collegiate volleyball team because I do not let outside influences affect my performance on the court. My goal is to bring a positive influence to the team so when it is time to play volleyball, we as a team, are ready to play. I play volleyball because of the feeling you get when you make a good play. As a student athlete, I am very good at managing homework and volleyball. I never let them interfere with each other because they are both equally important. One thing that makes me different from other candidates are my yearly volleyball improvements. Every year, I reflect on my performances and look at my improvements and things I need to improve on between seasons to prepare for next season. As a hitter, I always think of all the places that are the hardest for defensive players to dig the ball. This makes me different because every year, I learn new places to hit to make kills and improve my stats.
Sincerely,
Kendall S. Boxe
