I have had the love for volleyball since I could touch the ball its self. I have a passion for it unlike most people who play just to stay active or for fun. Its been a long term goal ever since I had the thought of playing collage level, seeing the girls play like a family and who want to be there , not only to win but have fun. I want to have the experience and to also say " I made it here because I worked my butt off". I Also want to be that girl to be looked up to by a younger player and say " I want to just like her".
I am a player that believes in hard work, confidence and straight forwardness. Those things could get you any where as long as you stay on top of your goals. Time management is a big thing with being an athlete and a student, knowing what work needs to get done right away and the work that could be split into other hours. Every opportunity that comes I take it, because you never know what comes next or what comes afterwords.
Being a Volleyball player for several years brings coaches. There are the ups and downs of course but when it comes to choosing a collage I need a coach is going to push me, support me in every which way, someone who I could have a laugh with here and there but also have the all round seriousness. Along with the team communication is a key. Playing a D1 or D2 college would be out of this world not only for me but also the people around me. Playing at the college level at all would be phenomenal.
