Dear College Coaches,
My name is Alyssa Sangster and I was born in Nashville, TN. My family moved back to the Northwest to be near family when I was 4 years old and I have lived in Clarkston, WA ever since. I am a Junior at Clarkston High School and have been the starting Varsity Libero for the past 2 years. I have played Club Volleyball for the past 5 years and had the opportunity to play on the Regional HP team in 2019 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I strive to be the best, and with the support of my family, I participate it what ever comes my way to help me become the best player, teammate, and person I can be. My hard work and dedication has helped me earn a spot on the GNL All League 2nd Team, and the Dig and Dive team award.
My academic goals are to have a GPA of 3.8 or above, which I currently hold a 3.9 while taking AP courses. I am also a member of the National Honor Society. In the off season, I play tennis, lift weights, yoga, livestock 4H, and play sand and grass volleyball. Not only do I want to continue playing volleyball in the future, I want to do so by also pursuing my career in Veterinary Medicine. I truly believe if you really want something in life, you have to work hard for it. With my love for volleyball and animals, I’m excited to see what my future has in store for me.
Sincerely,
Alyssa Sangster
