Personal Statement

Hello,

I am  2023 graduate of Mark Morris High School. I decided to stay local for my first two years of collegiate volleyball and play at Lower Columbia College. My freshman season, I received West Region Defensive Player of the Week honors 3 times and was chosen NWAC 2nd team All-League. The Red Devils finished 5th place finish at NWAC tournament. I also received the Team Coach’s Award at our end of season banquet.

I am getting ready for another exciting season at LCC this fall, however, I am looking to transfer to a 4-year university to finish my academic and athletic career  immediately following the completion of the season and fall quarter classes. I would love to be able to start January 2025 and play spring season to get ready for my last two years with my new team. I was a running start student while in high school, therefore, academically I will finish my needed classes in the fall quarter during volleyball. I am ready find a college that suits me academically. I feel like I will be a great asset and am ready and capable of a smooth transition into a defensive specialist/Libero roll for a competitive 4 year school.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
