My name is Mia Toroni, I am 15 years old and a sophomore at Snohomish High School. This is my 4th year of playing club volleyball and I am currently playing right side hitter/ opposite and setter. I want to play in college because volleyball has become one of the most important aspects of my life, along with school. Being given the opportunity to play for my future school would be a dream come true! College level volleyball is also majorly more intense than club, so playing at that faster pace would make the game so much more challenging and fun! I believe that I would be a great asset to your program because I have played every position and I am open to playing any position; I am a hard worker and I strive to be the best I can be; I have a very positive attitude on and off the court and I try to lift everyone up when we are down; I am very competitive; and finally, I am determined to do everything it takes to get to the college level. I would be very fortunate to get into any D1, D2, D3, or NAIA school, however I am looking to play volleyball at a school with a high competitive mindset and the right training and coaching that will make me the best player I can be. I am also looking for a school that has a college town setting and has the right classes I can take to prepare me for my future career. Overall, playing volleyball in college is my biggest goal and my biggest dream. I hope you will consider me, Mia Toroni for your class of 2022 volleyball program.
