When I was 6 years old I began lessons for horseback riding. During this time I developed my self discipline assets which has helped me become the person I am today and continue to strive for. These lessons early on taught me how to make and achieve goals and with the commitment and dedication, I am capable of overcoming obstacles I am faced with. My mom has extensive history with the volleyball sport, including playing in high school and coaching which led me to my desire to play in 4th grade. While playing volleyball I learned that I am very competitive and I love the game of volleyball. While academics may not come naturally to me, I work hard for good grades. My volleyball team is very important to me, and we work well together. One of my quality traits is that I can get along with most everyone. My collegiate goal is to earn a degree in a profession I will love, while playing a sport I greatly enjoy. My strong work ethic and adaptability will set me apart from many.
