I've loved and played this game ever since I was 8 years old and I know that I will do anything to play at the collegiate level. I have fought through countless injuries and want to continue doing what I love most. My mom, who was my coach at the time, told me when I was 10 that it is not just about winning. Yes, I may have been too competitive but I finally realized just a few months ago that she was right. My teammates and amazing coaches that push me is when I thrive to be my best and I want to experience that excitement and fast pace for four more years after my high-school career. I have worked very hard to have a fast reaction time in the back row along with a very large range in serve receive. Playing from a young age has taught me to have very consistent fundamentals as well as a quick jump float.
