I’ve been playing waterpolo for four years now, at Foothill Club Waterpolo and Alta Loma High School. Something unique about my waterpolo career is that I was raised watching my dad coach his team before I started in 8th grade as a field player, both experiences giving me an in-depth understanding of the sport. As a goalie this is very beneficial during plays and on offense.
Personal qualities that are important to me and about me are effort, respect and trust. I show effort in and outside the pool, through exercise and maintaining a good gpa. During practice as well, I strive to put in as much effort as I can. I respect all my teammates for there unique qualities they bring to the table, because as a goalie, and the last line of defense my team needs to know they can trust and rely on me.
My college aspirations are to look into the medical field either physical therapy or a nursing program after my BA.
