Nicole Reynolds '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is Niki and I am a Senior at Burlingame High School.  I am 6;1" , left handed and weigh 150 lbs. I have been swimming competitively since I was 7. Freshman year I was the team captain of the JV water polo team and was awarded MVP of the team. I was also the starting goalie on the JV soccer team and team MVP. I was also on the JV swim team and was awarded second team all league status.

As a Sophomore I was a starter on Varsity water polo team. I was our second leading scorer to Charlotte Pratt, who ultimately signed with UCLA. I was voted 1st Team All-League. We finished 2nd in our league and 4th in the Central Coastal Section. Also Sophomore year, during swim season, I swam a 59.2 100 free amd a 26.9 50 free. I was awarded team MVS (Most Valuable Swimmer), and first team all league status. I played Winter and Spring Water Polo for Christ Dorst with NorCal Water Polo. Summer 2012, during Junior Olympics, my coach moved me to 2M. I had never played this position... I grew to enjoy the position and was the teams leading scorer. We finished 7th in the U16 Challenge division. I was awarded team MVP honors.

During my Junior year, as a returning starter, I scored 60 goals with a 55% shot percentage. I added 35 assists, 21 steals and drew 21 ejections. We finished second in our league and 5th in the Central Coastal Section (CCS). I was awarded first team all league and second team all CCS. I was also given the Coaches Award and voted team captain for next Water Polo season. Winter 2012/13, I played with the Stanford Womens Water Pollo Club.  I was originally put on the B team.  I was moved to the A team and I am now playing with the Open team.

I played for the Pacific Zone ODP team.  I also won a bronze medal in the 2013 Junior Olympics Gold Division

I volunteer at my local pool coaching 'pee wee' water polo, ages 4 - 8 years old.
