High school water polo season has been my favorite time of year since I was a freshman and I would be incredibly happy to continue and love water polo in a similar but also unique way during college. Through playing water polo, I've cultivated leadership skills that I hadn't developed before and also made some of my most treasured friendships. After being a swimmer for the majority of my life, switching to water polo offered a very different and incredible experience. I was able to expand my sports abilities to a team setting which contributed greatly to my connection with others. My hard work and ability to adapt are evidenced by both my academic career as well as my continued athletic attendance throughout all of high school. As a 4 year varsity athlete for both swimming and water polo, I have been able to develop and hone my skills as well as become a multi-faceted player. I would love to further my skills in water polo in a college setting!
