Jenna Olson '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jenna Olson and I will be graduating with the class of 2019 at El Segundo High School. After high school, I aspire to play competitive water polo at the collegiate level. I love the game of water polo and would love to continue to show my passion and increase my knowledge of the game in college. This past season I received first team All-CIF, co- MVP Of Ocean League, and offensive player of the year for my high school team. I am a crafty utility and a strong set player for my teams. My goals for high school is to continue to receive good grades and to work hard in all my endeavors. As a student athlete, I am very passionate about what I do and always follow through on my responsibilities. I am a great team leader and always encourage my teammates. Though I am proud of my accomplishments in the pool I am also proud of my endeavors out of the pool. I love working with children and teaching them new things. I volunteer at a program called Infinite Learning, which is an elementary school choir. In addition, I lead swim lessons as an instructor and am also a certified lifeguard with the city of El Segundo. I love teaching the kids and the smiles that they have everyday! When I get time for myself, I love hanging out with my friends and going on hikes.
