Isabella Goodrow '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, I'm Bella and I'm a varsity water polo goalie at La Costa Canyon High School in California. Before water polo, I also did competitive swimming for 8 years. My current best 100 freestyle time is 1:05.7. Transitioning to water polo allowed me to explore new and exciting things while also being able to still enjoy what I love about the water. I’m a dedicated team player, earning the Coach’s award for water polo last season. My years of training in the pool have taught me a lot about character and commitment. I am also paying it forward in my current job as a certified swim instructor at my local YMCA. One of my goals for the near future is to go to a four year university on an athletic scholarship and continue to be a part of a team. An interesting thing about me is that I really enjoy history and the arts, specifically art history as it pertains to how art has evolved over time due to events in the world.
