Maddie Myers '23 Recruiting Profile

I have been a swimmer since I was 5 and continue through today. I played soccer from age 5-9, played volleyball from 11-14, and as a sophomore in High School during the COVID year I started playing water polo and I have found my passion! I started out playing goalie and made the CEN ODP team, but I have now transitioned to being a wing player to take advantage of my speed and strength in the pool. I continue to enjoy learning the skills and strategy of polo.  My 2021 season was my first High School season as a field player. As a starter, I helped lead my team to the  Sac-Joaquin Finals for the first time in our High School history, as well as Nor Cal champs. I made First Team Sierra Foothill League and was awarded most improved player of the year for my team.
