Personal Statement

I have been playing waterpolo since I was 4 and competing since I was 10 with Big Valley Waterpolo Academy. I've been on the Olympic Development team in 2019, 2020 and 2021. In 2019 I was on the PACE team and in 2020 and 2021 I was on the Central team. Since my Freshman year I've been on the varsity team for Lodi High School. In 2021 my team won TCAL league and we were the CIF SJS Division II Champions. I was named 1st team all league, 1st team sections and received the CIF SJS D2 MVP. In 2022 our team came in second in league and made it to the D1 sections semi-finals. I was named 1st team all league, 1st team D1 sections and 1st team ALL divisions. I have also been on the varsity swim team for my school since my freshman year and our team has been undefeated in league each year. My speed keeps getting faster and my strength is getting stronger with each year. I have a great understanding of the game and will give you 100% every day. I work hard and work out as well outside of practices with running and weights. I'm always looking to improve.

My love for this game is crazy! I'm hoping that my love for the game will influence my teammates to love the game as well. I have dreamed of so many things for my life. Water polo is the one thing that keeps me focused and on track and makes me genuinely happy. My biggest athletic goal that I would like to achieve is playing at the collegiate level and seeing how far I can go. One thing that interests me and I'd like to grow in, is learning how to adapt in a new environment with a new team and coach, while forming a new polo family. I'm excited to see where my future is going to take me.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
