I would like to further my education in college and continue to play water polo where I will be challenged to be the best student-athlete that I can be. I am interested in running my own business so I would like to study Business and Entrepreneurial Studies.
I am a three sport varsity athlete competing in kayak, swimming and water polo. Kayak and swimming have helped me become a better water polo player. All of these sports allow me to compete and continue to strive to be the best. As a sophomore, I was selected as first team all-conference in kayak and I also qualified for the state swimming championships in the 100 Free, 200 Free and 100 Breast. As a junior, I was selected first team all-conference in all three sports: kayaking (distance), swimming (200 free relay) and water polo.
I think what sets me apart is my happy outlook and fun spirit that positively affects my teammates. Water polo is a tough sport, but I really have fun playing and it shows in my attitude.
