I’ve been playing golf all my life. It started off as something my dad and I would do together, and then I started to take a real interest in the sport. I played in my first tournament when I was eight years old, and have been working toward my goal of playing college golf ever since.
I’ve always been very determined. I want to be the best at everything I do, which can be stressful at times, but learning to manage my time well has made things a lot easier. Golf and education both mean a lot to me, as well as spending time with my family.
The most important lesson that golf has taught me is that my best competition will always be against myself. If I’m better than I was yesterday, that’s all I could ask for.
