Tessa Schultz '26 Recruiting Profile

My goal as a collegiate athlete is to keep growing alongside a team that values hard work, unity, and resilience. Though I came to water polo and swimming later in high school, I quickly fell in love with both sports and have dedicated myself to improving every day. I know I have more to achieve and am excited to keep developing in my remaining high school and club seasons and beyond in college. I've trained at top camps, played at the club and high school levels, and participated in JO tournaments and ODP camps, tournaments and the national training camp. My coaches have recognized my ability to learn quickly and compete at a high level, but I’m eager to continue growing and contributing to a college team.

Beyond sports, I’m an accomplished singer-songwriter, fortunate to have written and recorded music with leading industry professionals in Nashville and performed at some of the most sought-after venues. This experience, alongside my work as President of Concerts for Cancer, has taught me the value of discipline, perseverance, and community. These qualities translate directly into my dedication to water polo, where I’m constantly motivated to improve myself and contribute to my team’s success. I’m grateful for these experiences and excited to bring my passion, focus, and commitment to my future collegiate team.
