I began wrestling in 5th grade. I worked hard and by 7th grade I was the stated champion. In 8th grade I was the first girl to place in the heavy weight division in the 50-year history of Tournament of Champions (TOC). My 8th grade year was the first year of girls TOC and I was the champion in the heavy weight division. I was proud to represent my middle school for the second time as the state champion and national champion. My freshman year I qualified to go to state and made it to the elimination rounds. My sophomore year I became the Regional and Master’s champion returning to state and placed 5th. I have traveled with Swamp Monsters to national events this year because of the pandemic to continue my passion. I was the champion at Reno World in Tulsa, and the champion for RMN events at the Freak Show, Aztec Warrior and Rocky Mountain Nationals tournaments. This year I wrestled to become the High School State Invitational Classic champion. I am excited to be the “unofficial” state champion. I am proud to be a part of team California 2021. I suffered a injury in my first match, but I learned from the match and I am more committed to healing and getting back to the mat.
