I plan on attending a two year college to earn me a degree in Agribusiness. Then transferring to a four year to receive my bachelors degree in which I will go on to be an Ag teacher. I wish to wrestle in college during the course of my major and if I am accepted onto a team I will prioritize my wrestling career in balance with my major. For me, wrestling is more than a sport, it's a lifestyle. When I step onto a mat I fully depend on myself. No one else can help me. Although wrestling has been in my life for many years, I started high school wrestling my sophomore year. I mainly wrestle Folk-style but I do attend Free-style tournaments occasionally. I have been a team captain for two years now. During my off season I spend my time Assistant coaching for Upper lake and Mt.Vista middle school. As far as academics go I am an A, B student. I stay on top of my school work. I was my class secretary from 2022-2024. I am currently My class's 2024-2025 Vice president. FFA is a student ran organization that is heavily based around Agriculture. I served as a Historian from 2023- 2024 and Treasure from 2024-2025. Being a part of FFA has taught me not only leadership skills but as well as team skills. Since it is a student run extracurricular activity communication is very necessary. Overall, I am hard working, dedicated, skilled, and excited for the opportunities that lay waiting in my future.
