Riley Rangel '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches! I am so excited to continue my wrestling in college. My priority is not only finding the right college for my education but also to find a team I can call my family. I’m a very hard worker and will go past my limits no matter what. I am a 2x TVL champ and qualified for Masters 2 times. Sadly, covid took away my Junior year. I was lined up for State but in California we were not given a normal season. For my senior year, my coaches, family, and teammates are looking forward to seeing me wrestle at State and possibly place this year. I know what it’s like to be pushed down and loose match after match. It really has built my character and made me get better. I spend extra hours in the room and weight room so I can learn more and be better for the next match. I take this sport seriously but also love the laughs and memorable moments with my team and coaches. I hope we can get into contact soon!
