The sport of wrestling has completely changed my life. I went from an insecure young girl into a confident and strong young women. I have always been a leader and it has always been easy for me to motivate those around me, even when I am having a hard time. I want to make my family proud and myself proud by going to a university and representing my team in nationals. I am a complete team player, and I try my hardest to like everyone around me, and never judge anyone based off of their past or their abilities in life. I believe that each person has the ability to change and become successful, each person can become mentally stronger and physically stronger, as long as they have a goal and a positive attitude. One of my downfalls is being an anal perfectionist. I always want things to work out perfectly, and I always write a schedule of how my day will go so I know the amount of time I have for each part of my life. Whenever something gets out of place I tend to stress out. But in the end, with the sport of wrestling, whenever I step onto the mat and I know exactly which moves I am going after, there is always a higher chance of me winning. I am able to visualize my opponents before I wrestle them and this helps me see the match and it's outcome. I tend to be a calm person, and very open minded to any changes. I know I will be a great addition to anyone's team and will work insanely hard to win for my school and myself.
