Hello, my name is Chloe Anzalone, and am in the graduating year of 2021. I signed up for NCSA because I, as a high school athlete do not want my wrestling career to end my senior year of high school. I’ve been on an all-male team the past two years, my junior and senior years. I want to see women’s wrestling grow, not just in college, but in high school, and would love to be a part of the growing change. I have loved the physical and both individual and team aspects of wrestling. It has shown me that you can accomplish your goals if you work hard at them. My biggest goal in college is to be an All-American and a Women's National Champion. I am a strong academic and wrestling candidate as I am always giving my best effort and want to improve myself and the people that are training with me. When training, my focus to work at my fullest potential, giving my undivided attention and giving one hundred percent. Training year-round is important to better myself for the upcoming wrestling season. I like to be highly competitive in not only Wrestling but also mix martial arts. Excelling in the classroom is essential to me, as it will keep me eligible for wrestling and prepare me for college and my future career. Wrestling is one of my biggest passions, and it is very exciting to be a part of women's wrestling and the growing sport. I will be an asset to any team or college that will have me be a part of their program. I am so grateful for all of the opportunities given to me from wrestling and school, and I hope that a great college education and wrestling team is another one of those opportunities.
