Dusty Longtin '27 Recruiting Profile

I’m Dusty Longtin and I have been in love with this sport for 4 years of my life. Wrestling has been there for me when I didn’t have anyone, and it’s been there for me to take my aggression and stress out. It’s been somewhere were I can improve and impress people. When I think about wrestling, I think about home, because wrestling is my home except instead of 4 walls and a couple of beds, there’s a mat and a sweaty kid in a singlet and shoes. I used to think wrestling was all about your name brand equipment, and getting everyone to like you. But I came to the realization that it’s way more. I believe wrestling is a sport where there’s so much aggression and learning in one place and I learn at every practice, tourney, duel, etc. My point is, is that I love the sport, and I am just finding a college that I can call home.
