In my inaugural year as a competitive wrestler, I achieved significant milestones that have shaped my athletic journey. I triumphed at the 1st Annual Granite City Girls Wrestling Tournament, secured a commendable third place at IHSA Sectionals, and proudly represented my school at the prestigious IHSA State competition. Additionally, I displayed my prowess by clinching fourth place at the IWCOA Girls Championship in Springfield, IL.

My dedication to sports extends beyond wrestling, as I have a background as a varsity swimmer. Through swimming, I cultivated essential traits such as discipline, unwavering dedication, and a relentless work ethic. As an athlete, I bring an unparalleled level of competitiveness, unyielding determination, and an unshakable drive to succeed. I firmly grasp the significance of leadership both on and off the mat, and these qualities have been instilled in me through the unwavering support of my parents, siblings, and coaches.

Growing up, I had the privilege of witnessing four of my brothers excel in the sport of wrestling, which ignited my passion for it. When I finally had the opportunity to step onto the mat, I wholeheartedly dedicated myself to becoming a standout wrestler. Now, as I prepare for my collegiate journey, I am eager to carry forward the legacy of wrestling excellence.

Furthermore, being the daughter of a four-year Big 10 football player has afforded me a unique perspective on the demands of collegiate athletics.
