My name is Aerianna Edwards. I am a senior in high school and graduate 2024. I have great passion for the sport and I am always looking to improve myself. I can see myself continuing with wrestling into college. Wrestling in college would be one of the greatest opportunities I would every experience.
I am easy to coach as I take all support and constructive criticism to improve my skills. I have great passion for the sport and show great sportsmanship. My determination to grow in the sport is demonstrated by my commitment to my improvement and support of women's wrestling. I strive to lead a team as I am currently one of the captains for my high school team.
I work hard throughout the year as I am active in the wrestling season. When we are not wrestling at high school, I am participating in training at Team Delmarva. I continue to condition myself by being on the varsity cross country and track and field teams. During the summer I also train with the football team in the weight room.
In my academics I challenge myself with honors classes and also am enrolled in high performance manufacturing through the career and technology education program.
I hope to attend college where I can challenge myself and do my best both on the wrestling mat and in the classroom. I am open to all opportunities to pursue my goals and help support a positive image of the college and the women's wrestling program.
