My name is Izabella Frezzo and I am starting my senior year in the fall. I started martial arts at 3 and started learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at 7 and started wrestling in 8th grade. My freshman year I was 15-0 in varsity matches but my sophomore year didn’t go as well after I suffered an injury causing me to sit out for more than half the season and undergo Tommy John surgery. My junior year was my first season back and I took 2nd in the Regions and 3rd in the States. I also won the Bergen County Girl Tournament. As a wrestler I wish to compete at the highest level, showcase my talents on the mat, and become successful in the sport.
