Hello,
For starters my name is Daisy Cabriales and I have been wrestling since my freshmen year of high school. Wrestling takes a lot of commitment to both mentally and physically preparing yourself and teammates for any upcoming events. Being a role model to your fellow peers can put pressure on others but, in my experience it doesn't matter if you lose a match because at the end of the day you can learn from your mistakes, along with peers admiring. My goals for women's wrestling is being able to compete with different types of wrestlers and getting an opportunity to go against my opponents along with making the team feel good about themselves even though they lost. I truly believe I can bring more consistency and joy to the team, I am a humble hard working young lady that can adapt to any environmental or technical changes. In the classroom I love to engage with my professors and ask frequent questions to make I am doing well on any assignment given to me.
