Integrity, selflessness, respect, resiliency, humility, and discipline: these are all values that I strive to consistently uphold both on and off the mat. Although I only have two years of wrestling experience, with my coaches help, I have been able to improve drastically. As a result of my commitment, I was awarded with the title of ‘most improved’ as a freshman, as well as ‘team captain’ the following year. Along with my persistent dedication to wrestling, I have also been diligent within my academics; as such I have maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout both years of highschool.
Within the past years, wrestling has become a very important part of my self, as the experiences I have gained during said years have had a large impact on my personal growth. For this reason, it is a goal of mine to continue my wrestling career through college. While I am hoping to stay on the west-coast, my preferences regarding location are not critical in the college I decide to attend. During my time in college, I plan to focus on a pre-med or similar science degree, with the intention of going to an eastern medicine grad school following graduation.
