I am a second generation Latina who was born and raised in Wisconsin. I'm currently going into my junior year and am interesting in graduating and attending a good undergraduate program to major in Pre-medicine and/or biology. After that I plan on transfering to an Ivy League to pursue interests in medical school. Furthermore my goal is to do residency abroad in Latin American and earn a medical license to further become an orthopedic surgeon.
I've been wrestling since the age of 12, and have fell in love with the sport ever since. On the mats I am always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do. I am a dedicated athlete and will always show up prepared and willing to work harder than anyone else. Not only do I show performance on the mats, I also work hard on the offseason. Weight training about 4-5 times a week, running every other day, and going to wrestling and BJJ practice. I also love the team atmosphere. Although I prefer working alone sometimes, when it comes to working as a team I put in the effort and time.
As much as I love wrestling, my biggest goal is to get into a good college and pursue my academic aspirations. Although I do balance a lot of things, school always comes first. I am enrolled in many clubs such as SPHS Forensics Team, SPHS DECA, SPHS Jazz band, as well as Track & Field in the Spring.
