Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Tristen Lorraine. I am a kind young man who can flip that switch as soon as he gets to the mat. I would like to go to a program that has the mindset that they want to be national champions in whatever division it is, or I want to go to any program and change the atmosphere of it into becoming national champions. I want to prove to be the best in the nation and win matches for my team while still excelling in my schooling. I am Senior now with plenty more to learn,  but have been wrestling for 11 years so I do have quite a bit of experience. I am the type of kid that is pushing to learn new things and am willing to learn new things, to develop even more where I have room to do so. I have had many  family members come through wrestling, including Olympic and Navy wrestling coach, Bruce Burnett, my uncle who I look up to as a coach and athlete. I’m willing to work hard in any atmosphere and would love to expand my options. Thank you for all your time and consideration.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
