When I head into my college years of my life I want to take away lessons I could use later on in my life. Whether that’s how to shoot a more effective blast double or what it means to be a wrestler if I can take something out of your program I can guarantee you will see me in that practicing room everyday. Now you must be wondering how am I different from the others also trying to get a scholarship? Simple, a desire to self-improve. You look at other wrestlers who have been wrestling since they were 4 and you can tell that they aren’t giving their 100% since they already believe they’re at peak of their physical abilities, but I know i’m no where near done improving and with the support of a quality coach and team the stars are the only limit for me. To make things clear I focus primarily on academics and getting my education, wrestling is purely something enjoy doing which is why I feel so passionate about it.
