Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Nick Koch and I am a Senior at Grant Community High School.  I am a two year varsity wrestler at 106lb, and my senior year I wrestled 113lb.  This past  2 season I was all-conference, and all-state.  I had over 80 wins, and 30 pins.  My hard work carries into the off-season when I'm doing freestyle and greco as well.  I am a two time Greco state champ and a two-time freestyle state runner-up.  I have attended numerous elite camps, and have been a part of 3 national champion teams.  I have been wrestling for 9 years, and I feel I'm ready for competition on the next level.  I put my best effort in everything I do, and my goal is to excel as a student and an athlete.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
