Why do I love wrestling? I love wrestling because of the competitiveness. I love being pushed to be better and more successful than I’ve ever been. I love to wrestle because of the competition factor. I love wrestling because of the pure adrenaline rush you get from stepping on the mat. I love wrestling because it’s who I am.
What do I want to do in college? I would like to be coached, I would like to compete, and I would like to educate myself at the highest level possible. I would like to obtain my degree, so that I can serve in the United States Military as an Officer.
What am I doing to get to college? I’m currently working on raising my 3.0 GPA to a minimum of a 3.5 GPA. I am also preparing for my first ACT. In addition to regular wrestling practices, I work with a personal trainer three times a week and additional strength and conditioning with the assistant wrestling coach/sheriff's deputy Devan Teaster.
