Eli Otto '21 Recruiting Profile

I'm that age where everyone is asking "What do you want to do?" It is a very difficult question to answer at 17, but the one thing I could tell you I know, is that I love wrestling. I say this because it is the most physically and mentally challenging sport in which I have ever participated. I also appreciate the team and individual aspects of the sport. My competitive,  hard-working drive, balanced with my wit and fun loving personality set me apart as an excellent team leader. These qualities, and not just my skill level, are what helped to earn me the title of our team captain this year. 

I do not yet know what major I will study in college, although I think my strengths may be in business fields. I have the balance of an outgoing personality and ability to keep things calm, that I think may help me in a future with sales. In addition to obtaining a bachelor's degree, I would love the opportunity to wrestle at the college level. I know I have the desire and work ethic needed to to compete at the collegiate level.
