Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile and learn more about me. 

I am a reliable, self-motivated student athlete who relates and works well with both my teammates and staff. I believe that hard work, honesty and integrity are the building blocks to success, and I live my daily life by these principles. 

I am a sponge for knowledge and a stickler for punctuation.  If an opportunity arises to learn and improve, you can assure I will always be on time and in attendance.  

I am diligent in my goals and expectations for academics. I currently hold a 4.0 GPA and spend two hours per week with a private tutor.  I am eager to devote the time and effort necessary to maintain academic excellence. I enjoy Science and the many facets of engineering, and I intend to base my course studies around that. 

Wrestling has been the foundation of my youth. Since I fell in love with it at age 5, my family has surrounded me with tremendous support and sacrifice. The last eleven years of traveling, camps and tournaments have taught me so many things such as winning and learning, and how to do them both gracefully.  Friendship and respect, and that your biggest rival will only make you better are lessons at the top of my list. Grit, perseverance and sacrifice, and that nothing worth having ever comes easy are a few additional qualities I have gained from the sport. 

This season as a junior, I intend on leading my returning top 3 team, the Center Grove Trojans, to a state title and another Top 50 finish in the country. Individually, Indiana serves as one of only three single class states in wrestling.  I am confident in my relentless preparation for the state tournament and expect to finish atop the 170# podium.  Currently, I am ranked #3 in the state at my weight class. 

Outside of school and wrestling, I enjoy strength training, reading, carpentry, movies, FOOD, and relaxing at home with my family. I would define my personality as laid back, witty, generous and kindhearted. You will not find a more dedicated asset to your University and Program, and I encourage you to follow my journey this season.
