I am a sophomore at Wapello CSD. I have been successful in academics with maintaining a 3.87 GPA. I am challenging myself by taking 2 math classes and college courses this year. I have been passionate about wrestling since I was 5 years old. My parents have been very supportive by taking me to tournaments and enrolling me in Dc Elite and Pack wrestling clubs. My elementary PE teacher was the one and only John Siegel. Mr. Siegel helped push and motivate me to stay wrestling even if it was hard. In 2013 I placed 7th in the state. I keep pushing myself to someday make state in high school. I’m a hard worker and very determined. I excel in academics and because of that I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. I have received the Presidential fitness and Presidential academic award. I volunteer in my community and help my parents in community events they are involved in.
I feel as though I will be an asset to your team because I am coachable, I like to learn all I can and I will be dedicated to the wrestling program. I am looking for a college that shares my vision of success in academics and wrestling. I hope I have captured your attention and you will reach out to me.
Thank you for reading my bio!!
