Blake Joiner '14 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to become an All-American, and a National Champion. I challenge myself every day to do something better than I did the day before. While other athletes dread practice, and just want to get by, I honestly enjoy it. I love the challenge wrestling requires. Also I am super fascinated and intrigued by learning new moves and technique, I am very coachable, and willing to do whatever it takes to reach the top. I would make a great candidate for any team because I am a role model, on and off the mat, I have been chosen to participate in several leadership programs. I have been through quite a life and I have used my experience to better my character, and my mental approach, but it has never been an excuse, and it never will be. I am proud of my accomplishments but I do not feel like I am done. I believe I have a great personality and great character. I am academically sound, being in gifted programs for students with higher I.Q.'s, I am  ready to make a mark in the next level, wrestling some of the best kids in the country. And finding the best fit school for me, is a good start.
