I've been wrestling for nine years now. I started recreation wrestling at the age of 6. I currently wrestle club, and I’ve now reached the high school level. When I wrestled at the recreational level, I qualified for the New Jersey USA State Tournament several times and placed seventh twice. Last year I made it all the way down to Maryland to wrestle in the M.A.W.A. National Tournament where I placed fourth. Unfortunately, I wrestled the tournament with a torn meniscus. I would later have surgery to repair my meniscus. Because of my injury I would have to sacrifice my freshman year of high school wrestling. Currently I am happy, healthy, and back in the gym. I hope to move on from the high school level to the collegiate level to continue my wrestling career. This sport is truly my passion and there is almost nothing I enjoy more. I like to bring an energy to any team I am on. I joke around and keep things fun but when it's crunch time and things need to get done, you can count on me to get it done.
I'm enrolled in Passaic County Technical Institute in Wayne, NJ. My core course of study there is in Manufacturing Technology. I’m currently ranked at the top of my manufacturing class. I’ve received two NIMS government certifications for manufacturing in just my freshman year alone. Manufacturing Technology is one of several career paths I’m considering as a course of study in college. I recently enrolled and participate in my schools Junior Naval NROTC program.
I currently wrestle at Olympic Wrestling Club in Wyckoff, NJ during the high school off season.
