My name is Nehemiah Gaul and I am a 3 sport athlete at Estacada high school. Wrestling is the sport I love most. I am a 2 time state qualifier and placed 5th my freshman year, and 4th my Sophomore year. I also play football and baseball. Wrestling has taught me so much over the years, such as weight control, adversity, and mental toughness. There is always more to learn and I am eager to do so. I am committed to being the best one on the mat during my matches, and my hard work in the practice room and my coachability helps prove that.
I will be a great candidate for your team because nobody will work harder than me, I am a team first kind of guy and will always cheer my teammates on and help build them up. I am a great leader, and was the first student FCA captain appointed at my high school. I am also one of our wrestling team captains.
I work hard on the mat and in the classroom. I am an honor roll student, and also sing in concert choir.
Goals: To continue my athletic career at the college level and help my team take a title!
