My name is Aaron and I have been involved in sports since I was 5 years old when i was introduced to Tae-Kwon-Do. I continued my journey and achieved my second degree black belt. I love the competitiveness and family aspects sports provide. I've also played 12 years of football and am going on my 4th year of wrestling. At the beginning of my Junior season I had a knee injury that I later found out was a piece of the femur bone that broke off. I wrestled 3 months with this injury until after the season when I went to seek treatment. I had orthopedic surgery in April 2022 and fought hard to get my endurance, strength, and ability back. I attended 6 months of Physical Therapy and kept myself on a rigid personal exercise plan to be able to come back and finish my senior year doing the sports that i love. Now that i am fully recovered and enjoying my senior year, I have decided I love athletics too much to give it up after high school. I was able to sucessfully play Football as FB/ DT and had a great season and am looking forward to the beginning of Wrestling season. I love the grind and mental toughness required for sports, especially wrestling. I am excited to attack a new chapter in my life and be the best me I can be. I am the student who will give 110% heart and dedication. I look forward to seeing where my collegiate career leads.
