Ben Eckenrod '21 Recruiting Profile

Wrestling has been a part of my life since I was 5 and I have always enjoyed competing.  Wrestling has been instrumental in my growth as a person because it teaches personal responsibility and work ethic.  I am an extremely hard worker both on and off the mat and, as a team captain, I always look for opportunities to help my team and teammates succeed.  I pride myself on being a good student as well and am taking honors classes to help prepare me for college.

I am very coach-able and eager to learn and develop as a person and wrestler.  I look forward to competing at the collegiate level to become an All American and National Champion while also studying and preparing for a career in the future.
